Client Success Specialist

Our client is seeking a Client Success Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the order lifecycle. This individual will manage customer accounts, coordinate order details, track approvals, and ensure projects move smoothly from kickoff through delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two projects are exactly the same.

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Coordinate artwork proof approvals and job updates.
• Communicate with Production, Scheduling, Sales, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Monitor timelines and proactively identify potential delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate order information and specifications within company systems.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Ensure all customer requirements are met while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Previous experience in customer service, account management, client services, order management, or a related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable using computer systems and order-tracking software.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Manufacturing, print, packaging, logistics, or production experience is a plus but not required.
