Alpha is seeking a dedicated mentor to support K–3 students as they build confidence, concentration, perseverance, and a willingness to tackle challenging tasks. Students complete their full academic workload in two hours daily, guided by adaptive technology and a supportive teaching team.
You will oversee a single K–3 cohort, splitting time between hour-long life-skills workshops and targeted coaching, using real-time data to push toward weekly goals.
