** 2 years of professional experience
** in industrial, warehouse, or food?production environments. Skilled in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.  
** Bilingual
* * in English and Spanish, enabling clear communication with diverse teams and supporting a safe, efficient workplace.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of work areas, equipment, restrooms, floors, and high?touch surfaces.

+ Operate cleaning tools and industrial sanitation equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and chemical dispensers.

+ Follow sanitation schedules and safety protocols based on OSHA and company guidelines.

+ Handle, mix, and properly store cleaning chemicals following SDS requirements.

+ Monitor and document sanitation logs, inspections, and cleaning activities.

+ Assist in waste removal, recycling processes, and proper disposal of hazardous materials when required.

+ Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or equipment malfunctions.

+ Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

+ Support training of new team members in cleaning procedures and safety practices using bilingual communication to ensure understanding.

** Skills & Qualifications*
* +  
** 2 years of sanitation or janitorial experience
** in industrial, warehouse, or commercial settings.

+  
** Bilingual (English & Spanish)
** with strong communication skills.

+ Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, SDS procedures, and sanitation best practices.

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs., stand for long periods, and operate cleaning machinery safely.

+ Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and OSHA safety standards (if in food/production environments).

+ Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

** Pay Details:**  $16.00 per hour
