A growing engineering team is looking for a seasoned RF Electronics Design Engineer who enjoys building real products and solving complex technical challenges. This role is ideal for someone who wants to stay hands-on with design, testing, and real-world production support, not just sit behind a screen.
You’ll be working on active RF products such as amplifiers, mixers, couplers, and other RF electronics used in advanced systems. Engineers in this group play a key role in taking ideas from concept through testing and into production.

This position blends design work with practical engineering support.
- Design RF electronic circuits and systems using tools like Altium and HFSS
- Develop and refine designs for RF products including amplifiers, mixers, and couplers
- Build and test prototypes to validate performance
- Troubleshoot and improve designs during development and production
- Work closely with production teams to resolve technical issues on the manufacturing floor
Approximate focus of the role:
- 40% RF design and development
- 40% testing, troubleshooting, and validation
- 20% production support and resolving technical challenges
- 5+ years of RF electronics design experience or similar electronics device design experience
- Experience designing with off-the-shelf RF components
- Proven track record of products successfully released into the field
- Background in mixed-signal electronics design
- Strong testing, troubleshooting, and lab skills
- Ability to solder and work hands-on with prototypes
- Experience with DC power control design
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering
