Test Engineer (Electronics & Optical Systems)

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in electronics test engineering, validation, or automated test equipment (ATE) environments Software & Automation
• Strong experience developing test automation software using C#  framework (required)
• Experience with software development lifecycle and version control tools (e.g., SVN)
• Experience interfacing with hardware and instruments via: o SCPI o USB, TCP/IP o RS-232 / Serial communication

Job Description The Test Engineer (Electronics & Optical Systems) will support the transition of advanced optical and electronic technologies from R&D into prototyping and production by leading both hands-on and automated testing of complex systems. This role combines hardware validation, test automation development (primarily in C#/.NET), and system-level troubleshooting. The engineers will develop and execute test plans, design and maintain test systems, interface with lab instrumentation, and support production teams through documentation, training, and continuous test process improvements.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in electronics testing, automation software development (C# preferred), and optical validation environments.
