Position: Accounting Manager (Lewisville), 130K-135K+Bonus

We are looking to fill a Accounting Manager role for one of our clients in Lewisville. This person will play a key role in making sure the company’s financials are accurate, supporting business partners across the organization, and leading a small but growing accounting team. If you enjoy improving processes and working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment, this could be a great fit.

This position pays 120K-125K+10% Bonus and is in office ONLY 2 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Own the general ledger and make sure assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses are accurately recorded.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and help produce financial reports.
  • Work with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.
  • Manage and develop 3 direct reports
    , helping them grow in their careers.
  • Support Operations by providing guidance on financial statements across multiple locations.
  • Review financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
  • Help maintain strong internal controls and compliance practices.
  • Look for ways to improve processes and introduce automation where it makes sense.
  • Assist the Director and Senior Director with projects and research as needed.
  • Jump in on other tasks as they come up.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • CPA required.
  • 8+ years of accounting experience, including people management.
  • Experience in a multi-location environment is a plus; large or public company experience is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and internal controls.
  • Comfortable improving processes and finding smarter ways to work.
  • Strong Excel skills and overall proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with large ERP systems is a plus.
  • A collaborative, service-minded approach with strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a growing organization.
