Senior Financial Analyst - Lewisville - On-Site

LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of a well‑established and growing organization in the technology industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys working with financial data, developing insights, and supporting business strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting, along with strong Excel and data analysis skills.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational and financial improvement
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management decision-making
• Monitor company and market performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and long‑term financial forecasts
• Evaluate business performance and assess financial risk to support key decision‑making processes
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to align financial goals and business objectives
• Leverage ERP systems and data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to analyze and communicate results effectively

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
• 5+ years of relevant financial analysis or corporate finance experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; familiarity with data visualization software is a plus
• Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
