Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst – SEC Reporting to join its Corporate Accounting team. This role will prepare and review external financial reporting, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, earnings releases, proxy materials and other SEC filings.
The candidate will work with Legal, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury and Internal Audit to ensure timely, compliant reporting under U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
