Responsibilities include:
- Client Care & Services
:
Lash extensions, brow lamination, tinting, sugaring, facials, upselling, client education - Studio Operations
:
Sanitation, check-in/out, team support, studio upkeep - Professional Growth
:
Training, ongoing skill development, world-class service standards
Requirements include:
- Must-Haves
:
Esthetician/cosmetology license, willingness to learn Deka Lash techniques, availability evenings/weekends,
previous lash experience (required) - Nice-to-Haves
:
Sales experience, lash and/or brow certification, prior lash application experience - Soft Skills
:
Punctual, friendly, team-oriented, growth mindset
