Dementia Caregiver – Overnight Shifts CONSISTENT

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to support a client in a memory care facility located in Lewisville, TX. This is an ongoing overnight role with consistent hours to choose from.

• Overnight shifts available on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
• We are hiring two caregivers, eligible to work up to three 12-hour shifts per week based on availability and coverage needs

• Bathroom reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
• Constant overnight supervision to prevent falls or wandering
• Gentle redirection and reassurance as needed

• At least 2 years of professional experience caring for clients with dementia
• Prior experience in memory care settings strongly preferred
• Strong reliability and excellent attendance
• Calm, observant, and safety-focused approach to care
• Ability to provide respectful and person-centered support
