Home Well Care Services - Up to $16.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Understand a clients care plan and adequately implement it;
Assist clients according to their care plan including companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, bathing, body care, dressing, feeding, ambulation, positioning, transferring, toileting, and protective supervision;
Complete ongoing training as required by client care needs and/or changes in company policies and procedures;
Attend staff meetings;
Adhere to all company policies and procedures as detailed in the Employee Handbook
