As the Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the General Manager in overseeing all departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Leading and motivating staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Managing budgets, schedules, and operational goals to meet company standards.
• Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Supporting the team in achieving performance goals and maintaining a high standard of service.

We’re searching for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and management is a plus.
• Must know OPERA CLOUD.
