The Desktop/ ICT Technician will be responsible for installing and monitoring cost-efficient technical and maintenance activities within the Service Delivery environment, ensuring they meet both user requirements and business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain ICT-Desktop Technician infrastructure in coordination with engineers, project managers, and facility management
- Collaborate with third-party providers and asset management teams
- Use tools such as Project Place (EPP), Eri Coll, Eri Doc, GORDON, RTT, SAM Web
, and other monitoring and collaboration tools - Follow established procedures for change and capacity management
- Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
- Applying expertise and technology
- Following instructions and procedures
- Adapting and responding to change
- Requires ability to navigate production floors and frequently use stairs
- Reliability and consistent attendance are essential
- Must have an approachable personality and strong communication skills
- Must be able to work rotational shifts as required by the project or operational needs
