IT Principal Architect - Salesforce CRM

Information Systems Architect – responsible for developing and maintaining complex software architecture and operating systems for end user applications. The role requires minimal supervision and involves setting architectural guidelines, technical standards, and compliance requirements.

• Execute complex architecture requirements analysis to translate end‑user needs into technical solutions.
• Synchronize systems design and technology constraints with compliance requirements.
• Develop key capabilities and performance requirements for system architectures.
• Create technical specifications and standards for layered and multidimensional models.
• Design and implement solutions that integrate multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications across the enterprise.
• Communicate the design of the technical architecture clearly to all stakeholders.
• Implement complex data modeling and advanced project development of system architecture.

• 5 years of experience in systems architecture, including roadmap development and guiding principles.
• Prior experience as the architectural authority for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
• Background ensuring platform designs align with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce solution design and delivery.
• Ability to establish Salesforce architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Prior experience as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, product owners, and business stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Salesforce core architecture, data model, and platform limits
  • Multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations
  • Integration patterns, APIs, and middleware (Mule Soft preferred)
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) supporting Salesforce solutions

• University degree preferred.
