Front Office Clerk (Lewisville, TX

This position is responsible for maintaining front of house operations, to include customer service, answering phones, filing, logging in/out deliveries, invoicing, and quoting customers. We ask that our office staff be dependable, energetic, accurate, and are able to multitask in a fluid environment. Air Dallas is seeking career employees as much of our training is performed on the job at significant cost to the company.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel
• 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
• Experience in logistics, to include generating packing invoices and shipping/receiving operations
• Experience in data entry and transcription

• Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, both oral and written
• Be organized and detail oriented
• accurately inventory and track incoming/outgoing unit shipments
• accurately quote customers based on up-to-date parts pricing and diagnostic forms submitted by technicians
