Position Summary

This role is located in Sam's Club at 751 W Main St, Lewisville, TX , United States of America. The position involves working with prepared food merchandise, maintaining product knowledge, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring compliance with food safety, sanitation, and inventory standards.

• Be a Team Member – maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, and be flexible to work in other areas.
• Be an Expert – prepare food according to item specifications, plan future productions, handle seasonality, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management, and operate & sanitize equipment.
• Be a Techie – leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production and operational decisions.
• Be an Owner – drive area performance, stock & rotate merchandise, ensure quality & date control, eliminate waste, and provide member service by acknowledging members and resolving issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador – be a brand advocate, develop, influence, and inspire teamwork, and assist in training others.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying them in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers and partners, identify priorities, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and learn from change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
