The Cleaning Personnel- EVS is responsible for completing all day-to-day tasks to maintain a clean, safe working environment in all areas of the Mia Aesthetic facility to which he/she is assigned. Day porters are responsible for making sure a company facility looks neat and presentable to the public. They help uphold the image of a facility by performing basic maintenance tasks including trash removal, front lobby support, restocking bathrooms and responding to all cleaning emergencies.

• Empties regular waste and Bio-Waste receptacles and takes the trash to the designated area.
• Disinfects common areas and high touch surfaces such as light switches, door handles, drinking fountains
• Cleans and sanitizes clean chairs, tables, check-in device, countertops, sinks, exterior of refrigerators, water coolers, exterior of cabinets, chairs, and tables
• Cleans and sanitizes all restroom fixtures, clean mirrors, partitions walls, wipe all counters
• Spot cleans walls, light switches, glass, and doors
• Dusts low areas and high areas which are within normal reach
• Dustmops all hard surface floors with treated dust mop
• Wet mops entire areas as needed
• Perimeter sweeps for trash pick up
• Restocks consumable supplies
• Maintains cleaning supplies stock and requests weekly replenishment orders
• Monitors, reports, and documents quality of 3rd party custodial support vendors
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a variety of duties simultaneously and prioritize work>

• 1 year experience in a similar role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching low or overhead
