*** 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including leading a team of Account Managers in a multi-unit environment.
* Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into action and navigate complex challenges.
* A passion for coaching and developing people, paired with clear communication and sound decision-making.
* A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
