Provide people leadership including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and coaching; manage scheduling and labor to meet store targets; oversee employee development, reviews, and coaching for growth;
Lead hotel and pet care operations including reservations, check-in, medication procedures, and health information management; ensure safety and cleanliness of the Pets Hotel facility;
Coordinate in-store events and marketing related to hotel services;
Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with policies and code of ethics; uphold safety for associates, pets, and pet parents;
Assist with daily hotel operations as Leader on Duty and contribute to overall store profitability and customer service excellence
