Shipping Handler

Job Summary

The Shipping Handler supports shipping operations by handling materials and preparing outgoing shipments. This position ensures items are properly assembled, labeled, and prepared for safe and accurate delivery.

• Prepare materials and supplies for shipping and staging
• Secure packages and shipments using appropriate fastening methods
• Inspect shipments and packaging for quality, accuracy, and safety
• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing outgoing shipments
• Label, tag, and document shipments accurately
• Follow shipping schedules, work orders, and standard operating procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines
• Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

• Warehouse or shipping environment
• Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive hand movements
• Use of shipping equipment and basic tools
• Personal protective equipment may be required
