We’re expanding our field operations team!

During CAT events, reliable scanner operations are critical. Our technology supports fast, accurate assessments in high-pressure environments — and we’re looking for someone who takes real ownership in the field.

This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility and real impact.

• Deploy and operate Colibri scanners at CAT sites
• Handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality checks independently
• Coordinate issues with European support teams and drive resolution
• Train operators and improve deployment processes
• Support surge response during hail season

• Hands‑on experience with field operations and technical equipment
• A highly structured, independent way of working
• A mindset focused on ownership and continuous improvement, not just execution
• Experience working with vehicles and/or insurance claims environments

• Flat hierarchies and real trust
• 1-on-1 training andstrong teamsupport
• Ownership instead of micromanagement
