Production Associate II – Wiring

Pay Range: $22–$27 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Associate II – Wiring to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience in wiring industrial control panels who take pride in producing clean, high‑quality work in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Perform point‑to-point wiring of industrial control panels
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Install and wire components including terminal blocks, relays, PLCs, and power supplies
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional wiring layouts
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic wiring issues
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and production deadlines
• Support overall production goals while maintaining safety and efficiency

• 3–5 years of experience wiring industrial control panels
• Strong ability to read and understand electrical schematics
• Proficiency with standard wiring tools and equipment
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on production environment
