• Finishing Tasks:
  • Perform sanding, polishing, and cleaning tasks on railing components to prepare them for final assembly.
  • Apply coatings, sealants, and other finishes according to strict company and client specifications.
• Quality Inspection:
  • Inspect all finished products to ensure they meet or exceed VIVA Railings' high-quality standards and client expectations.
  • Identify any issues with the finished products and collaborate with the manufacturing team to resolve them promptly.
• Equipment Operation:
  • Operate a variety of finishing tools and equipment safely and proficiently.
  • Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order and stored properly after use.
• Safety and Cleanliness:
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the shop environment.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area to promote a safe working environment.
• Record Keeping:
  • Keep detailed records of materials used, work completed, and time spent on each task to aid in production tracking and efficiency.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in a relevant field is a plus.
• Prior experience in a finishing role, preferably within a metalworking or railing production setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing aesthetically superior work.
• Familiarity with safety practices and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaborative production processes.
