CFS Machine Operator

We’re seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our growing team in Lewisville, Texas. • Set up, operate, and monitor roll-forming and CNC machines for precision production.
• Load raw steel coil, oversee automated runs, and inspect all finished parts for dimensional accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to ensure machine output matches design intent.
• Adjust machine speeds, tooling, and alignment to maintain precision throughout production.
• Perform preventative maintenance, lubrication, and tooling checks for optimal performance.
  
  Keep the work area organized, safe, and efficient at all times.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and uphold the Steel Tech USA reputation for excellence.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in roll-forming or CNC machine operation (metal manufacturing preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production issues.
• Ability to read blueprints and work within tight tolerances.
• Self-starter with a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
  
  Familiarity with overhead cranes, forming/brake press machines, and precision measuring tools preferred.

• Competitive starting pay of $22–$24/hr. based on experience, with rapid advancement.
