Quality Control (QC) Technician

We are seeking a dedicated QC Technician to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for an individual with foundational electrical troubleshooting expertise who is looking for a stable, long-term professional path. You will be actively involved with industrial machinery, utilizing multimeters and performing hands‑on electrical component diagnostics.

Role Overview:

Primary Duties:

• Ensure quality standards by thoroughly inspecting and testing various control panels and their associated parts.
• Review and confirm the accuracy of electrical schematics and Bills of Materials.
• Conduct electronic evaluations and verify wire tags and origins to ensure precise assembly.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following NEC and OSHA guidelines while powering up AC/DC systems up to 480V.
• Verify the functionality of instrument loops and PLCs, including pressure, temperature, and flow sensors.
• Support system integration by performing I/O testing on platforms like Scada Pak, Schneider Electric, and Allen‑Bradley.
• Drive process improvements by submitting and tracking necessary corrective work orders.
• Promote a culture of safety and efficiency by keeping the work area tidy and following all established protocols.
• Support production goals by being available for weekend or overtime shifts when the schedule requires.

Qualifications

Candidate Profile:

• Completion of a two-year technical program or an Associate degree in Electrical Technology.
• Between two and four years of direct industry experience.
• Demonstrate technical competence by applying knowledge of test equipment, relays, and electrical circuits to ensure project success.
