** Essential Job Functions
*** Finishing Tasks:  + Perform sanding, polishing, and cleaning tasks on railing components to prepare them for final assembly.  + Apply coatings, sealants, and other finishes according to strict company and client specifications.
* Quality Inspection:  + Inspect all finished products to ensure they meet or exceed VIVA Railings' high-quality standards and client expectations.  + Identify any issues with the finished products and collaborate with the manufacturing team to resolve them promptly.
* Equipment Operation:  + Operate a variety of finishing tools and equipment safely and proficiently.  + Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order and stored properly after use.
* Safety and Cleanliness:  + Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the shop environment.  + Maintain a clean and orderly work area to promote a safe working environment.
* Record Keeping:  + Keep detailed records of materials used, work completed, and time spent on each task to aid in production tracking and efficiency.## Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in a relevant field is a plus.
* Prior experience in a finishing role, preferably within a metalworking or railing production setting.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing aesthetically superior work.
* Familiarity with safety practices and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
* Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
