Shift:6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience- 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 12 months of Operating Room experience with 9 months within the past 12 months.
- Travel experience is required from any number of months.
- 9 months of acute care experience within the past 12 months.
- Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission).
- Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
- No current placement allowed at Program:
Health Trust Program - HCA - North TX Division.

Additional Details Required Skills/ExperienceMust have spine experience.
Special RequestsDay off will alternate.
Shift & SchedulingCall is one day a week and one weekend per month.
10 days maximum time off.
