Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab is responsible for providing nursing care to the patient undergoing procedures. This includes assessing the needs of each assigned patient and planning the nursing care needed to meet those needs. The RN is responsible for ensuring the plan of care is carried out through performance and leadership, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

The RN in the Cath Lab will have validated orientation and competency in Pre and Post Cath Areas and provide services to adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • (RN) Registered Nurse
  • Associate Degree
  • No Travel Required
  • 2+ years of experience required
