As a travel nurse here, you'll immerse yourself in a leading acute care facility recognized for excellence in women's health and nursing practice. You'll benefit from exposure to diverse care settings and innovative surgical practices, utilizing advanced technology alongside a multidisciplinary team. This assignment not only broadens your clinical knowledge but also allows you to collaborate with award-winning leaders and mentors, all while adding prestigious experience to your resume.

Schedule:
  • Variable shifts
  • Guaranteed 36 hours per week
  • Weekend and call requirements (details discussed during interview)
  • 13-week assignment
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
  • Active TX RN license (no temporary licenses)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience, including general, gynecological, orthopedic, spine, robotic, and vascular cases
  • Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
  • Day surgery experience required
  • Experience caring for adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
  • Strong documentation skills (Meditech experience preferred)
  • Positive, patient-centered demeanor and ability to work with various age groups
Core Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and care for patients undergoing cardiovascular, orthopedic, general, and specialized surgeries
  • Collaborate with surgical and support teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Observe all hospital guidelines for attire, hygiene, and professionalism
  • Float to related units as needed
