Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Texas Nursing Practice Act, with emphasis on the nursing process and outcomes for oncology patients, particularly those with blood cancers and related disorders.

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• If hired after 6/1/12, BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position
• Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
• Effective 10/01/23, American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS required within six months of hire or transfer, and ONS Chemotherapy biotherapy certificate course required within 60 days of hire or transfer
