** Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) professional
** ensures that a company’s products, services, and operational processes meet all technical specifications, regulatory standards, and customer expectations.
** QA (Quality Assurance)
** focuses on preventing defects by improving manufacturing or development processes.
** QC (Quality Control)
** focuses on identifying defects by testing and inspecting the final output before it reaches the customer.

- Job Summary  The QA/QC professional develops, implements, and monitors quality systems to ensure operational compliance. They perform inspections, manage risk, analyze technical data, and lead continuous process improvements.
Core Responsibilities
* ** Process Management (QA)**:
Create and update the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) manuals and protocols.
* ** Product Inspection (QC)**:
Conduct physical, visual, or digital testing on raw materials, in-process goods, and final shipments.
* ** Defect Documentation**:
Identify, isolate, and log non-conforming items or deviations from blueprints.
* ** Audit Execution**:
Lead internal and supplier quality audits to confirm compliance with industry standards like ISO 9001.
* ** Root Cause Analysis**:
Investigate recurring product defects and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
* ** Regulatory Compliance**:
Ensure all production practices align with local, federal, and safety laws.
* ** Tool Calibration**:
Calibrate and maintain precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, or software testing scripts.
* ** Reporting**:
Compile and present technical quality reports and data trends to senior management. |## Qualifications|  |  |  || --- | --- | --- ||

Required Qualifications & Skills
* ** Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
* ** Experience**: 2–5+ years in a dedicated quality assurance or quality control role within the relevant industry.
* ** Technical Skills**:
Proficiency with precision tools, blueprints, data analysis software, and specialized testing equipment.
* ** Attention to Detail**:
Exceptional observational skills to notice micro-deviations or subtle system flaws.
* ** Communication**:
Ability to clearly communicate technical compliance issues to cross-functional teams and clients. | |  |
