Perform final quality inspections on industrial control panels and electrical assemblies prior to shipment;
Verify compliance with engineering drawings, electrical schematics, bills of material (BOMs), panel layouts, customer specifications, and applicable industry standards;
Inspect workmanship to ensure proper wire routing, labeling, component placement, torque requirements, fastening methods, and overall assembly quality;
Conduct electrical continuity checks, point-to-point verification, voltage verification, and functional testing according to established procedures;
Verify compliance with UL 508A requirements, NEC standards, and internal manufacturing procedures
