Assurant is seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Quality and Operations Management System. You will review performance, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement using standard Quality tools. This onsite role in Lewisville, TX works Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
Your duties include validating processes (Gage R&R), producing data-driven reports, leading CAPA/CI efforts, and training staff on quality practices. Strong problem solving and communication skills are essential.
