Overview
Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr position summary:
We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.
You will also assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This role requires being on your feet and on the go in all weather conditions.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area; assist with loading/unloading and transporting items for members
- Assist members with purchases and provide exceptional customer service; answer questions as needed
- Ensure carts/flatbeds are available and accessible; maintain parking lot cleanliness
- Communicate with members about pickup orders, product availability, and alternatives when needed
- Follow company policies and procedures; adhere to safety practices and report unsafe conditions
- Zoning designated areas and locating/organizing merchandise
- Promote the companys products and services; support a positive member experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work in varying conditions and maintain a positive attitude
