JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for leaders—assistant managers who can handle everything that happens during their shift. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, store appearance, and profitability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIESYou must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew. In addition to the responsibilities above, you will need:
- Cost, inventory, and cash control
- Staffing, paperwork, and scheduling
- Food management and working to a set or changing schedule
- Maintaining a perfect image and adhering to standards
- Providing great customer service, attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation
- Keeping the store clean and marketing the brand
- Ensuring profitability

JOB REQUIREMENTS- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be willing and able to work during inclement weather
- Must be willing to open and close a store
- Operate all equipment
- Stock ingredients and maintain inventory
- Prepare and process orders
- Take inventory and complete paperwork
- Maintain daily equipment and facility cleanliness
Orientation and on‑the‑job training will be provided.
COMMUNICATION SKILLSAbility to understand and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION/SKILLS- Accurate basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Make correct monetary change
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements quickly
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Adverse weather conditions when outside tasks are performed
- In‑store temperatures range from 32°F to 90°F and above in some areas
- Extreme weather from 0°F to 110°F with precipitation
- Sudden temperature changes inside and outside
- Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, and compressed air
- Hot surfaces and tools up to 500°F or higher
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
- Talking and listening on telephone
- Near and mid‑range vision for most tasks
- Depth perception
- Discriminating between hot and cold surfaces
- Direct activities and perform repetitive tasks

- Lifting—deliveries up to 50 lbs; stacking onto shelves up to 72 inches
- Carrying—large bags or boxes up to 50 lbs; trays of dough about 12 lbs each
- Pushing—moving trays on dollies; force up to 7.5 lbs
- Climbing—sparsely navigate stairs or ladder
- Stooping/Bending—forward bending at pizza assembly station; 45‑120 seconds per time, repeated continuously
- Crouching/Squatting—occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas
- Reaching—frequently up, down, and forward; above 72” occasionally; downward tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes; reaching forward at counter or for ingredients; answering phones
- Hand Tasks—continuous use of hands, eye‑hand coordination (e.g., shaping dough, using pizza peel, rolling cutter, pinching in box assembly)
