Position Summary...

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of the Facility by following all safety standards and procedures, conducting safety sweeps, following forklift and hazardous materials protocols, and reporting unsafe situations.

Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; determining improvement opportunities;

adapting to change, feedback and challenges. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Company products. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; applies Open Door Policy, and implements action plans. Embraces differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences to create a supportive workplace and fosters belonging.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
