Shift may start between 8:00am - 11:00am or 1:00pm - 4:00pm.

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers shop for customers and choose the right items for their online orders. They operate in a fast‑paced environment, filling orders across all departments while balancing assistance for in‑store customers, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons.

They dispense orders to customers and engage them throughout the dispensing process.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile
• Answer customer questions
• Help customers find the products they are looking for
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
• Keep the area stocked, clean, and safe

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
