Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, effectively, and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system;
Assist management in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties;
Count, balance, and reconcile daily business transaction totals accurately in the POS system;
Ensure store areas, including restrooms, are clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines
