Join our Fiesta Mart Store Operations Team as a Meat Clerk. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining the meat department, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

• Assist customers with product queries and special orders.
• Clean shelves and display cases, rotate meat wrap displays.
• Work with the Meat Cutter to determine items that need cutting.
• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful customer service.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to food safety standards.
• Lift up to 60 pounds as required and bend, stoop, and stand for prolonged periods.

• Read and write Spanish and English; interact with general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift up to 45 pounds; occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
