Salary: $80-100k+ w/Commission and Bonus

Youre a designer who doesnt just dream in renderings you bring ideas to life quickly and beautifully. You know how to connect with clients, understand their needs, and turn their outdoor spaces into something special without over complicating the process.

But youre more than a designer youre a business builder. You know how to tap into your network, generate leads, and close deals. You understand that great design is only half the job the other half is selling the vision and earning the clients trust.

Were looking for someone who thrives on momentum. Someone who can take a small-to-midsize landscape project from concept to close with creativity, clarity, and care. If you love the design-build world but want to focus on projects that move fast, generate revenue, and make an immediate impact, this role is for you.

Youll be successful here if:

• Youre a creative thinker with a strong grasp of native plants, hardscape, and outdoor living design.
• You can leverage your existing network and connections to create new business opportunities.
• You enjoy prospecting and following up with potential clients to keep your pipeline full.
• You meet with clients, listen well, and guide them toward smart, beautiful solutions that fit their budget and style.
• Youre comfortable managing multiple smaller projects at once and keeping them all on track.
• Youre confident in your design tools (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, etc.) and can produce clean, compelling presentations.
• Youre energized by the idea of helping drive cash flow through efficient, high-quality work and strong closing skills.
