Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will generate sales of residential lawn care services to new and existing clients through inbound and outbound contact.

Most of your day will consist of soft outreach to existing clients and fielding inbound calls and website leads to engage in sales conversations over the phone and email. At certain times, you may also be responsible for participating in door‑knocking campaigns in targeted neighborhoods.

• Sell our programs and services to current and prospective clients via phone calls, email, and texting, explaining the applications and programs and offers.
• Achieve specific key performance metrics such as:
  • Inbound and outbound prospecting activity and sales goals.
  • Upselling and cross‑selling goals.
  • Setting proper expectations with clients and keeping the client cancel percentage below a targeted level.
  • Maintaining a target closing percentage.
• Field inbound calls and make outbound prospecting calls to identify and close new clients.
• Types of outbound calls:
  • Introduction to newly assigned clients.
  • Follow up on unaccepted estimates.
  • Win back clients that have canceled service.
  • Make outbound contact with clients for upselling and cross‑selling programs and applications, leveraging technician and customer service observations and information.
• Scrub the CRM database to ensure contact data and next steps are up to date.
• Answer questions to overcome resistance and objections; quote prices, negotiate with clients, and close the sale.
• Enter client information into our CRM database and maintain accurate sales reports.
• Communicate and collaborate with customer service and field technicians to identify and pursue additional business.
