As a key member of the branch team, the Member Experience Specialist II plays an important role in driving branch success at Sky One Federal Credit Union. This position is focused on strengthening sales performance while delivering an exceptional experience to every member and business partner. Leading by example, you will take ownership of branch sales goals, support fellow Member Experience Specialists, and help create a culture of accountability and service excellence.

With a strong focus on relationship building and business development, you will open business accounts, conduct local outreach and canvassing, and identify opportunities to welcome new organizations into the Sky One family.

Serving as a strategic ambassador to our Select Employer Groups (SEGs), you will nurture existing partnerships, build new connections, and expand Sky One's presence within the community. By championing our SOAR service and sales model, you will guide meaningful conversations that uncover member needs, strengthen relationships, and support both community engagement and branch sales outcomes.

To succeed as a Member Experience Specialist II at Sky One Federal Credit Union, you should bring a well-rounded skill set focused on strengthening member relationships, supporting team collaboration, and driving branch results. Strong leadership skills are essential, as this role includes coaching and developing team members, helping lead productive meetings, and encouraging clear, open communication. A strong understanding of Sky One's products, services, and compliance requirements is important for delivering accurate, efficient, and member-focused service. Experience with business development activities, including canvassing and community outreach, will support your ability to strengthen relationships with local businesses and community partners. The ideal candidate will also be adaptable, eager to learn, and committed to supporting Sky One's mission, strategic goals, and overall branch success.

• Minimum one year of financial institution experience and one year of sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in sales, cross-selling, or performance-based roles.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills (verbal, written, and phone).
• Proven ability to cross-sell products and hold effective, consultative conversations.
• Solid understanding of financial products and services.
• Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, internet navigation, 10-key, and general typing.
• Goal-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Demonstrates a professional presence, creative thinking, and a growth-oriented mindset.
• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
