Senior Manager, Client Solutions

• Oversee the training and implementation of Client Solutions Manager functions for selected key Clients.
• Maintain and develop strategic relationships with clients, including representing Business Process Solutions at client meetings and acting as a clearinghouse for all client requests.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of personnel including client level contacts.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong knowledge of client Trade Promotion Management Systems
• Actively support organizational goals and values; align actions around organizational goals; give priority to organizational needs and concerns when making decisions

Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Trade Promotion Management Systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite, while effectively managing client relationships and delivering compelling presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
