Inside Sales Manager

Sager Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a customer-focused sales team within our wholesale electronic components business. You will manage day-to-day inside sales activities, coach and develop representatives, and drive revenue growth with OEM and industrial accounts. Responsibilities include setting goals, tracking pipeline and forecasts, optimizing processes, and partnering with field sales and suppliers. You'll foster a collaborative, service-driven culture that emphasizes technical support, responsiveness, and long-term customer relationships while contributing to continuous improvement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an inside sales team to meet revenue and margin goals
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics using CRM tools
• Develop and execute inside sales strategies for OEM and industrial customers
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and supplier partners to grow accounts
• Ensure high levels of customer service, responsiveness, and technical support
• Analyze sales data to optimize processes and identify growth opportunities
• Support pricing, quotations, and contract negotiations within guidelines
• Recruit, train, and develop inside sales representatives
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in sales operations
• Promote a collaborative, customer-focused, and compliant sales culture
