RV Lifestyle Specialist

As an RV Lifestyle Specialist at National Indoor RV Centers in San Diego, you will guide guests through every step of the RV ownership journey. You'll identify customer needs, present RV options, and create memorable experiences that reflect our hospitality culture. Working closely with sales, service, and finance teams, you'll build long-term relationships, follow up on digital and in-person leads, and support events that showcase our vehicles.

This role blends automotive expertise with concierge-level service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the RV purchasing journey from first contact to delivery
• Conduct needs assessments and match customers with the right RV solutions
• Present and demonstrate RV features, options, and lifestyle benefits
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and manage follow-ups to close sales
• Collaborate with service and finance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Support events, showroom displays, and digital lead responses
• Educate customers on ownership, maintenance, and available service plans
