Member Experience Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A growing financial institution in Lewisville, TX is hiring a Member Experience Sales Specialist for a temp to hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying financial needs, and recommending products and services that help members reach their financial goals.
Previous Sales experience is preferred.

• Deliver exceptional member service through consultative relationship management and needs-based conversations.
• Open consumer and business accounts while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.
• Upsell and cross-sell financial products and services aligned with member goals.
• Meet sales goals, service standards, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Conduct outreach and business development activities to support growth and deepen member relationships.
• Follow banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all member interactions.

• Build and manage member relationships in a banking or financial services environment.
• Open consumer and business accounts while recommending appropriate financial solutions.
• Meet sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, outreach, and consultative service.
• Support compliance with banking policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• At least 1 year of banking, credit union, or financial institution experience.
• At least 1 year of sales, upselling, cross-selling, or goal-driven experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals, KPIs, and service expectations.
• Working knowledge of banking products, financial services, and account opening processes.
• Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business systems.
• Professional, member-focused approach with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Experience in a credit union or member-focused financial services environment.
• Prior experience opening both consumer and business accounts.
• Familiarity with consultative selling, financial needs analysis, and member outreach.
• Business development experience within banking, retail banking, or financial services.
