Sales Engineer

Lewisville, TX (relocating from Denton, TX by end of Q3 2026)

A fast-growing electrical equipment provider is riding one of the biggest infrastructure booms in a generation: the buildout of AI and hyperscale data centers. With more inbound opportunity than they can currently process, they're adding a Sales Engineer to their team ahead of a move into a brand-new 500,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in Lewisville. This is a company built on shared upside and team performance, not individual commission wars.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
• 3-5 years of engineering experience (prior sales experience a plus, not required)
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and explain complex products to diverse audiences
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail — comfortable reading drawings and building accurate, thorough quotes and proposals
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed personally, not just professionally

• Own inbound sales opportunities across a full range of electrical equipment — substations, padmount transformers, medium voltage switch gear, UPS, ATS, and more
• Build and deliver detailed, accurate technical proposals and quotes
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, business development, and leadership
• Learn company quoting tools, CRM, and internal processes (electrical background helps accelerate ramp-up)
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting rapid company growth
