Mold and Asbestos Technician
Location: In Office Lewisville, TX
Hours: Monday:
Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO)

Position Summary

Regent Restoration is a top provider of water damage restoration in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, now
expanding into mold remediation. We’re seeking a technician with experience in water, mold, or fire
damage—or someone eager to learn.
As a technician, you’re the face of our company, often helping homeowners through stressful
situations. We take a no-nonsense, customer-first approach and are looking for team members who
genuinely care about making things right for our clients. If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water mitigation, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, fire/smoke cleanup, and
    deodorization per company and industry standards.
  • Set up and monitor containment and remediation/drying equipment.
  • Complete demolition, light construction, and debris removal (drywall, cabinetry, flooring).
  • Prepare and clean job sites, including furniture/equipment moving and final site restoration.
  • Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols.
  • Maintain clean, organized vehicles and equipment; follow setup procedures at job sites.
  • Provide daily job updates to supervisors; communicate progress to customers when possible.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient job execution.
  • Submit all job paperwork upon return to the branch.
  • Drive company vehicles safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Use phone/tablet for documenting job progress (training provided).
  • Complete ongoing company-paid training and certifications.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and leave a clean, first-class impression on every site.
Key Qualifications /

Preferred Experience
  • 1–2 years of applied structural drying experience (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
  • Ability to work holidays, weekends, and on-call rotation
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools (e.g., hammer, pry bar)
  • Able and willing to wear a respirator and other PPE
  • Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • IICRC certification in water damage or mold remediation (preferred, not required)
  • Must pass a background check
