• Inspect malfunctioning equipment and accurately diagnose mechanical issues. The Service Technician will devise a repair plan, secure the necessary components with the Parts Department, and team up with management and other technicians to confirm efficient and effective service.
• Install new equipment or systems and perform routine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance of the customer's vehicles.
• Assist customers to understand their needs, explain diagnoses, and provide solutions to ensure service satisfaction. The Service Technician will troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Document the repair and maintenance work performed. The Service Technician will note concerns encountered and create a detailed service report.

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying.
