- Located in Lewisville, TX
- This position will require 50% nationwide travel—leaving on a Monday and returning Friday. The other 50% will be around Lewisville or the Texas area

The Associate Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and conducting minor repairs on food service equipment. This role also involves collaborating with other trades, managing tools and supplies, and ensuring adherence to safety and project guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Installation and Maintenance- Install, maintain, and conduct minor repairs on food service equipment.
- Examine and test equipment for defects to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with plumbers, electricians, and all mechanical trades to resolve issues and stay within the timeframe and install bid.
- Assist on‑site workers with tasks.
- Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies to and from workstations and other areas.
- Unload vehicles using a forklift or a lift‑gated truck.
- Disassemble broken or defective equipment to facilitate repair and reassemble equipment when repairs are complete.
- Order new parts to maintain inventory.
- Install or replace equipment using hand or power tools.
- Hold or supply tools, parts, equipment, and supplies for other workers.
- Adjust, maintain, and repair tools, equipment, and machines.
- Follow all safety guidelines, maintain a clean work area, and keep tools and machines organized.
- Must successfully pass and maintain a D.O.T. medical exam.
- Comprehend all company safety requirements as well as jobsite safety.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Submit accurate and timely documentation of work performed.

- Ability to read and understand specs and blueprints.
- Ability to follow close direction from Project Managers, job Consultants, and job Superintendents.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Some weekends and overtime required.
- Ability to travel.
- 0–1 years of experience in a similar role, or willingness to learn and be trained on the job, or equivalent military or practical experience.
- Technical knowledge and skills pertaining to food service equipment/machines.
- Knowledge of handling and use of all hand tools and power tools.
- Successful completion of an accredited Technical/Trade School preferred.
- EPA certifications of Level 1 & 2 minimum; universal preferred (depends on location).
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check post‑offer acceptance.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Bend or twist body.
- Use hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools, or controls.
